INGREDIENTS
Water melon pieces - 2 cuo
Black salt- 1/4 tsp
Salt - 1.4 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Crushed ginger - 1 tsp
Mint /pudina leaves - 2tbsp
METHOD
Remove the seed of the watermelon / tarbooj.
Addt watermelon pieces, black salt salt,mint leaves and crushed ginger in the blender and blend it.
Take a serving glass, and pour the watermelon juice.
Squeeze the lemon juice and mix well.
Garnish with mint / pudina leaves .
Serve chilled.
