INGREDIENTS
Wate melon / tarbooj pulp- 300 gms
Black salt- 1/2 tsp
Lemon juice - 2 tbsp
Crushed ginger - 1 tsp
Crushed ice- 8 to 10
Mint /pudina leaves - 2tbsp
METHOD
Remove the seed of the watermelon / tarbooj.
Addt watermelon pulp, black salt,mint leaves and crushed ginger in the blender and blend it.
Take a serving glass, and pour the watermelon juice.
Squeeze the lemon juice and mix well.
Garnish with mint / pudina leaves .
Serve chilled.
