PANEER ANGARA

INGREDIENTS
Paneer cubes - 200 gms
Cashew nuts   - 3 - 4
Sliced tomato - 1 tomato
Green chilly  - 1
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Ginger  - 1 inch stick
Garlic cloves - 4 - 5
Curd - 2 tbsp
Fresh cream - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
Coriander leaves - 1 tbsp

METHOD
Make a paste of ginger garlic,tomato,green chilly and cashew nuts paste
Heat oil in a pan,add cumin seeds to crackle

Add ginger garlic and cashew nuts,tomato masala paste,red chilly powder,coriander powder and turmeric powder and 2 tbsp water and mix well.
Add curd and garam masala and cook for 4 - 5 mins.
Add one cup of water and salt and bring to boil.
Shallow fry the paneer cubes and add in the gravy and cook for two to three mins.
Add fresh cream and mix well
