INGREDIENTS
Sago/sabudana - 1/2 cup
Sugar - 1/4 cup
Saffron - few strands
Saffron food color - a pinch
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Crushed cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
Almonds - 1 tbsp
Clarified butter 1 tbsp
METHOD
Soak sabudana for 3 - 4 hours and strain it.
Heat clarified butter in a pan.
Add crushed cashew nuts and almonds and fry it.
Now add sabudana and saute for one mins.
Add sugar and stir continuously till sugar dissolves and mix in the sabudana.
Add saffron and saffron food color and mix well.
Serve hot.
