FRUIT PUDDING

Serve  : 2

INGREDIENTS
Hung curd  -  1 bowl
Fresh cream  - 2 tbsp
Banana cut in diced  - 1
Grapes cut in half  -  1/2 bowl
Pomegranate seeds  - 2 tbsp
Orange wedges   -  2 tbsp
Powder sugar  -  4 tbsp


METHOD

Peel the banana and cut in diced.
Wash the grapes and cut in two pieces.
Remove the skin of the orange and take some pomegranate seeds
Now add chopped fruits and 1 tbsp sugar powder.
Beat the hung curd till light and fluffy and add fresh cream..
Add sugar powder and mix well.
Now spread the hung curd at the top of the fruit.
Garnish with chopped fruits.
Serve chilled.
