INGREDIENTS
Mawa/whole dried milk - 1 cup
Gond - 1 cup
Sugar - 1 cup
Water - 1/2 cup
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Almonds - for garnishing
Clarified butter - 2 tbsp
METHOD
Heat clarified butter in a pan a nd deep fry the gond and keep aside.
Roast the mawa until brown
Heat sugar and water in a pan.
Cook till sugar dissolves and syrup get thick consistency
Add gond and mawa and mix well.
Grease the plate and pour the mawa gond mixture and spread it.
Once cooled,cut in a diamond shape.
Garnish with almonds.
