INGREDIENTS
Rice noodles - 1 cup
Finely chopped cabbage - 1/2 cup
Spring onion - 2 tbsp
Grated carrot - 1 small size
Chicken stock - 2 cup
Vegetable stock - 1 tbsp
Finely chopped green chilly - 2
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Butter - 50 gms
Boiled egg - 1
METHOD
Mix the vegetable stock into chicken stock and boil it.
Add carrot,cabbage,green chilly and rice noodles in the chicken stock and boil it.
Add salt,black pepper powder,vinegar and spring onion and mix well.
Pour the hot soup and butter in the serving bowl at the top add boiled eggs
