INGREDIENTS
Peanuts - 2 cup
Jaggery/gur - 1 cup
Clarified butter - 1 tsp
METHOD
Roast dry peanuts in a pan for 7 - 8 mins in a low flame.
Remove the skin of the peanuts.
Heat jaggery/gur and clarified water in a pan.
Stir continuously on a low flame until jaggery gets thick consistency.
Now add roasted peanuts and constantly stir till the peanuts mixed with jaggery
Turn off the flame
Spread the oil on a plate and pour the mixture.
When cool break it.
