ORANGE SOUP


Prep Time : 10 mins
Cooking Time : 15 mins
Serve : 2

INGREDIENTS
Orange juice  -  1 cup tetra pack
Chopped carrot  -  1
Chopped onion  -  1
Finely chopped green chilly  -  1
Salt  - to taste
Cream  -  1 tbsp optional
Water  -  2 cup
Clarified butter  -  1 tsp

METHOD
Heat clarified butter in a pan.'
Add chopped onion and cook till light pink.
Add carrot and green chilly and mix well.
Add two cup of water
and cook in a slow flame for 15 mins.
Turn off the flame.
Once cooled,blend to make a paste and mix orange juice
Once boiled add salt and turn off the flame
Garnish with cream and serve hot
