INGREDIENTS
Blanched broccoli - 1 cup
Boiled n mashed potato - 1
Bread crumbs - 2 tbsp
Chat masala - 1 tsp
Grated ginger - 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped green chilly - 1
Salt - to taste
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Finely chopped coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD
Wash and chop broccoli
Boil in a pressure cooker with 1/4 cup of water.
After one whistle turn off the flame.
Once cooled mash the broccoli.
Take a large bowl add boiled n mashed potato,mashed broccoli,grated ginger,green chilly,red chilly powder,chat masala,salt,bread crumbs and coriander leaves and mix well.
Make a small patties of medium thickness.
Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the broccoli kebab from both the sides
Serve hot with tomato ketchup
