ROSE SHRIKHAND

Serve- 2

INGREDIENTS
Hung curd- 1 cup
Sugar- 2 tbsp
Rose syrup- 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder- 1/4 tsp

METHOD
Whisk the hung curd. Add sugar, rose syrup and cardamom powder and mix it well.
Garnish with rose petals.
Serve chilled.
