MANGO CAKE

INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour  -  1.5 cup
Sugar  -  1/2 cup
Mango pulp  -  1 cup
Baking powder  -  1 tsp
Baking soda  -  1/2 tsp
Cream  -  1 cup
Condensed milk   -  1/2 tin
Cherry  -  2

METHOD
Sieve the all purpose flour,baking powder and baking soda and keep aside.
Preheat oven for 180.c for 10 mins.
Take a bowl add mango puree,sugar,cream and condensed milk and mix well until light and fluffy.
Add the dry ingredients in the wet ingredients and mix well.
Grease and flour a 9 inches baking cake pan.
Pour the batter into the dish.
Bake for 30 mins in the preheated oven.
Now the delicious mango cake is ready.
Check by inserting a knife of it comes out clear it done.
Garnish with cherry
