INGREDIENTS
Lychee - 100 gms
Milk - 350 gms
Sugar - 100 gms
Lychee essence - 3 - 4 drops
Almonds - 1 tbsp
Silver vark - for garnishing
METHOD
Remove the skin and seeds of lychee.
Chop the pulp of lychee into four pieces.
Boil milk in a heavy bottom vessel.
Once boiled keep it in a low flame.
Add sugar and lychee pulp and stir occassionaly till thick.
Add lychee essence and almonds and mix well.
Garnish with silver vark and almonds.
Serve chilled.
