NEER DOSA


INGREDIENTS

Rice flour                                      -                             1 cup
Water                                            -                             1/2 cup
Salt                                                -                             to taste
Oil                                                 -                             2 tbsp

METHOD
Take a bowl add rice flour,water and salt for a thin batter.
Now heat 1 tsp oil in a non stick pan and spread the mixture and drizzles few drops of oil in it.
Cover and cook for 2 - 3 mins or all sides start living edges/
Flip when done on one side.
Serve hot.
