INGREDIENTS
Idli diced - 8 pieces
Onion diced - 1 medium
Capsicum diced - 1 medium
Tomato diced - 1 medium
Chopped garlic - 1 tsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Chilly flex - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan.
Add chopped garlic and saute for one mins.
Add ginger garlic paste and saute for 2 - 3 mins.
Add onion,capsicum and tomato and stir fry for 3 - 4 mins.
Add diced idli,chilly flex and salt and mix well.
In a stick we add capsicum,tomato and onion then idli.
Now we repeate the same process.
Serve hot.
