INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour / maida - 1 and half cup
Curd - 1/2 cup
Baking powder - 1/2 tsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Clarified butter / ghee - 1 tbsp
Mint leaves - 2 - 3 tbsp
Green coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Onion seeds / mangrail - 1 tsp
Luke warm milk - 1/2 cup
Butter - 1 cube
METHOD
In a kneading bowl mix together all purpose flour / maida,curd,salt,sugar,clarified butter /ghee,baking powder and mangrail / onion seeds.
Add luke warm water little by little and make a soft dough.
Keep in the air tight container for one hour.
After one hour knead it again.
Take some dough and make medium balls.
Roll out each ball.
Heat a tawa place the rolled out naan on the tawa.
Cook on one side for two mins and then flip over till brown.
Apply butter and serve hot.
