INGREDIENTS
Boiled n chopped french beans - 2 tbsp
Cucumber diced - 2 tbsp
Onion diced - 2 tbsp
Hang curd - 1 cup
Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
Black salt - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
METHOD
Hang the curd in a muslin cloth for 2 - 3 hours and then prepare salad.
Beat the hang curd.
Sprinkle black salt,roasted cumin seeds powder,black salt and sugar.
Add beans,cucumber and onions and mix well.
Serve with biryani.
