POTATO WITH NIGELLA /KALONJI ALOO


INGREDIENTS
Boiled potatoes   -   250 gms
Hang curd  -    1 cup
Chopped green chilly  -  2
Chopped coriander leaves   -  1 tbsp
Turmeric powder  -  1/4 tsp
Nigella seeds / kalonji   -  1 tsp
Chopped garlic  -  1 tbsp
Salt  -  to taste
Oil   -   2 tbsp

METHOD
Whisk the hang curd.
Marinate boiled potatoes with hang curd ,salt and turmeric powder.
Keep one hour in the fridge.
After one hour heat oil in a pan.
Add garlic and kalonji /nigella and saute for one mins.
Add marinated potatoes in the pan and stir fry for 4 - 5 mins.
Add green chilly and coriander leaves.
Serve hot with puri.
