INGREDIENTS
Cottage cheese / paneer cubes - 250 gms
Butter - 25 gms
Onion paste - 1 medium
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
Green cardamom - 1
Mace / javitri - 1 piece
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Mawa - 2 tbsp
Cream - 2 tbsp
Tomato puree - 2 tbsp
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
METHOD
Heat butter in a pan.
Add cottage cheese/ paneer cubes and saute one mins and strain it.
Again heat pan and add butter.
Add green cardamom,cinnamon and mace / javitri.
Add onion and fry till light brown.
Add ginger garlic paste,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,coriander powder and garam masala powder and add 2 tbsp water in a medium flame.
Add tomato puree and mix well.
Add mawa,cream,sugar and salt and saute for 2 - 3 mins.
Add 1 cup water and lastly we add butter and serve with naan.
