INGREDIENTS
Chopped french beans - 2 tbsp
Chopped carrot - 2 tbsp
Chopped capsicum - 2 tbsp
Chopped potato - 2 tbsp
Cottage cheese / paneer - 100 gms in cube
Onion paste - 1 tbsp
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Tomato puree - 2 tbsp
Mawa - 2tbsp
Milk - 1/4 cup
Garam masala powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Cashew nuts - 1 tbsp
Almonds - 1 tbsp
Raisins - 1 tbsp
Lotus seeds / makhana - 1 tbsp
Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
Mace / javitri - 1 piece
Cardamom powder - a pinch
Oil - 4 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Sugar - 1/2 tsp
METHOD
All the veggies cut in the same same size.
Heat oil and fry all dryfruits one by one and keep aside for some time.
Also fry the cottage cheese / paneer cubes.
Again heat oil and add onion paste and stir fry for one mins.
Add ginger garlic paste.
Add cinnamon / dalchini,mace / jabitri and cardamom powder.
Add coriander powder,turmeric powder,red chilly powder and garam masala powder.
Add tomato puree and stir fry for 4 - 5 mins when oil starts leaving sides.
Add mawa and mix well.
Add milk and stir continousely.
Add veggies and mix well.
Add cottage cheese / paneer cubes,almonds,cashew nuts,raisins,and lotus seeds / makhan.
Add salt,sugar and water.
Cover the lid and cook 6 - 7 mins on a low flame,
Serve with rice or chapaties.
