CHURMA




INGREDIENTS
1 Cup whole wheat flour
1/2 Cup clarified butter / ghee
1/2 Cup sugar powder /bura
1/2 Cup mawa
1/4 Tsp cardamom powder
1 Tsp raisins
1Tsp crushed cashew nuts
1 Tsp crushed almonds

METHOD
Heat clarified butter/ ghee in a pan.
Roast whole wheat flour on medium flame until light brown in color and give out the fragrance.
Add mawa in the wheat flour and roast it.
After stiring further for 10 - 15 mins. switch off the flame.
Let the mixture cool down add sugar powder / bura,cardamom powder,raisins,cashew nuts and almonds and mix well.
