INGREDIENTS
Boiled red kidney beans / rajma - 1 cup
Boiled potatoes - 2 small
Cottage cheese / paneer - 50 gms
Chopped onion - 1 medium
Chopped garlic clove - 2 - 3
Chopped green chilly - 2
Coriander leaves - 1 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 /2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Ghee / clarified butter - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
METHOD
Heat ghee / clarified butter in a pan.
Add onion and saute for one mins.
Add ginger paste,green chilly,turmeric powder,red chilly powder,garam masala powder,salt and coriander leaves and mix well.
In a blender add red kidney beans /rajma,boiled potatoes and paneer/cottage cheese and blend it.
Add this rajma mixture in the onion pan and saute for 4 - 5 mins.
Once cooled,shape each ball to flat patties of medium thickness.
Shallow fry in hot ghee / clarified butter until red n crispy.
Flipping once in between.
Always cook in medium flame.
Serve hot with tea.
