INGREDIENTS
Boiled cucumber pieces - 1 bowl
Hang curd - 2 tbsp
Fresh cream - 2 tbsp
Mint leaves / pudina - 8 - 10
Salt - to taste
METHOD
In a blender add boiled cucumber pieces,hang curd,fresh cream,mint leaves and salt and blend it.
Pour the mixture on the soup bowl.
Serve chilled.
