INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour - 1 bowl
Finely chopped onion - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped green chilly - 1/4 tsp
Finely chopped green coriander leaves - 1 tbsp
Crushed coriander seeds - 1/4 tsp
Cumin seeds - 1/4 tsp
Pomegranate seeds / anar dana - 1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Clarified butter / ghee - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Mint leaves - 1 tsp
Oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD
Take a large bowl add wheat flour,onion,green chilly,coriander leaves,mint leaves,crushed coriander seeds,cumin seeds,red chilly powder,salt and clarified butter / ghee and mix well.
Make a soft dough with the help of water.
Divide the dough into balls.
Flatten the balls into thick round paratha.
Grease a pan with little oil and heat on a medium flame.
Make paratha applying oil on both sides.
