INGREDIENTS
Gram flour / besan - 2 tbsp
Wheat flour - 4 tbsp
Boiled n mashed potato - 1/4 bowl
Finely chopped onion - 2 tbsp
Finely chopped green chilly - 1/4 tsp
Kasuri methi - 2 tbsp
Whole coriander seeds - 1/4 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/4 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
METHOD
Take a bowl add gram flour,wheat flour,kasuri methi,boiled n mashed potato,red chilly powder,whole coriander seeds,turmeric powder,onion,rgreen chilly,salt and one tsp oil and mix well.
Knead to make a soft dough.
Keep aside for 30 mins.
Make an equal size balls
Flatten the balls into thick round parathsa.
On a heated tawa,make missi roti applying oil on both sides.
Serve garma garam missi roti.
