INGREDIENTS
Cauliflower florets - 1 bowl
Baby potatoes - 1/2 bowl
Corn flour - 2 tbsp
All purpose flour / maida - 2 tbsp
White pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to
Chopped coriander leaves - for garnishing
Oil - for frying
METHOD
Take a bowl combine all above listed ingredients and marinate for half an hour.
Heat oil in a pan.
Deep fry the cauliflower florets and potatoes golden and crispy.
Drain in paper napkins.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
Serve hot with tea.
