INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour / maida - 1 cup
Water - 200 ml
Butter - 50 gms
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Salt - a pinch
Sugar powder - 2 tbsp
Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil - for frying
METHOD
Heat water in a pan.
Add sugar,salt and butter and mix well.
Then add all purpose flour / maida.
Stir continuously till mixture leave the side of the pan.
Make a soft dough now put this dough in a sev machine with star nozzle and squeeze the dough into a hot oil and fry until golden brown and flip them.
It takes one to two mins.
Coat them with sugar powder and cinnamon powder.
Serve with chocolate sauce
