INGREDIENTS
Raw mango / kachche aam - 250 gms
Jaggery / gur - 250 gms
Black salt - 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Cloves - 3 - 4
Black pepper - 3 - 4
Cinnamon - 1 inch stick
Oil - 1 tbsp
METHOD
Wash and peel mangoes/aam and grate it.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add cloves,cinnamon and black pepper to crackle.
Add grated mango,jaggery, red chilly powder and little salt.
Keep stiring on low flame till it thickenes n water dries out.
Dont over cook
A finger licking pickle ready to eat.
