Mawa / whole dried milk - 1/2 bowl
Sugar - 4 tbsp
Water - 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
Crushed cashew nuts - 2 tbsp
Crushed almonds - 2 tbsp
Orange food color - a pinch
Clarified butter / ghee - 1/2 tsp
Take sugar and water in a pan till sugar disolves.
Bring into three sting consistency.
Add whole dried milk /mawa and mix well.
Add cardamom powder,crushed cashew nuts,crushed almonds,clarified butter and orange food color and mix.
Grease the plate and pour the mawa burfi mixture spread evenly.
Garnish with crushed almonds and crushed cashew nuts.
After half an hour cut them in shape.
