Boiled and grated potatoe - 3 medium size
Gram flour / besan - 1 cup
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Dry mint leaves - 1 tsp
Lemon juice - 1 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 1 tbsp
Oil - for frying
Take a bowl add all listed ingredients and mix well.
Dont use water.
Make a soft and smooth dough.
Keep aside for 30 mins.
Heat enough oil in a pan for deep frying the bhujia.
Use the bhujia / sev make machine and fixed the bhujia plate.
Fill the machine with potato and gram flour mixture dough.
When oil is hot press the bhujia machine over the oil.
Put the the gas in a medium flame.
Repeat the process to finish the dough.
Deep fry the bhujia for 2 - 3 mins and then flip it.
Drai in paper napkin.
Serve hot with tea.
