Fresh bread                                   -                                8 slices
Butter                                           -                               2 cubes
Eggs                                             -                               4
Finely chopped shimla mirch           -                               2 tbsp
Finely chopped onion                      -                               2 tbsp
Grated processed cheese                  -                               2 cubes
Black pepper powder                      -                                1/4 tsp
Salt                                               -                                to taste
Oil                                                -                                2 tbsp

Heat oil in a pan.
Add eggs and salt and saute for two mins.
Egg bhurji is ready.
Apply two tbsp egg bhurji on the bread.
Apply shimla mirch,onion on the bread.
Now apply grated cheese on the top of the bread.
Sprinkle black pepper powder and salt.
Now cover this stuffed bread slice to another slice.
Heat non stick pan.
Grease with butter and place the sandwich on medium flame. and grill it
Spread the butter both the sides get golden brown.
