Gond - 1/2 bowl
Grated coconut - 1 bowl
Almonds - 1/2 bowl
Sugar - 1/2 bowl
Warter - 1/4 bowl
Raisins - 2 tbsp
Whole black pepper - 1/2 tsp
Clarified butter / ghee - 1 tsp
Heat clarified butter / ghee in a pan.
Add gond and fry it.
Dry roast the coconut and strain it.
Take sugar and water in a pan till sugar disolves.
Bring into one and half string consistency.
Cut the almonds in half.
Add all dry fruits and whole black pepper and cook it for five mins.
Add clarified butter in it and mix well
Gond pak is ready to eat..
