ELAICHI KESAR SHRIKHAND

Cooking Time  : 15 mins
Serves  : 2

INGREDIENTS
Yogurt                                         -                                     1 cup
Sugar powder                               -                                     2 tbsp
Milk                                            -                                     1 tbsp
Saffron / kesar                              -                                    a pinch
Green cardamom powder                -                                   1/4 tsp

METHOD
Tie yogurt in a clean muslin cloth.
Hang it for 5 - 6 hours.
Yogurt will be thick in consistency.
Rub saffron / kesar into milk till well broken and disolved keep aside.
Transfer yogurt in a bowl add sugar powder and disolved saffron / kesar.
Beat well till sugar powder has fully disolved into yogurt.
Add cardamom powder and mix well.
Chill for 2 - 3 hours before serving.
Enjoy shrikhand as desert.
