BURANI RAITA


Prep Time  : 10 mins.
Cooking Time : 10 mins
Serves  : 2

INGREDIENTS
Curd      -   1 cup
Chopped garlic  - 2 - 3 cloves
Red chilly powder     -  1/4 tsp
Roasted cumin seeds powder -     1/4 tsp
Black salt -  1/4 tsp
Salt   -   to taste
Oil  -  1/2 tsp

METHOD
Beat the curd.
Sprinkle red chilly powder,roasted cumin seeds powder,black salt and salt and mix well.
Heat oil in a pan.
Add garlic and fry till brown.
Add into the raita
Serve chilled
