Serves  : 2

Wheat flour                                      -                                100 gms
All purpose flour / maida                 -                                100 gms
Cashew nuts powder                        -                                10 cashew
Almonds powder                              -                                10 almonds
Boiled eggs                                       -                                3
Milk                                                  -                                1 cup
Cardamom powder                           -                                1/4 tsp
Salt                                                    -                                to taste
Chopped coriander leaves                 -                                1 tsp
Oil                                                     -                                 4 tbsp

Take a bowl add wheat flour,all purpose flour and salt and mix well.
With the help of milk knead a dough.
Keep aside for 30 mins.
After 30 mins knead it again.
Grate the boiled eggs.
Add almonds powder,cashew nuts powdder,cardamom powder,coriander leaves and salt and mix well.
Now stuffing is ready.
Flatten the balls into round thick paratha.
Take another ball and flatten into thick round patatha.
Stuff the egg filling and cover with another paratha.
Grease a pan with little oil and heat on a medium flame.
Anda / egg paratha is ready to eat.
