INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour - 1 cup
Chickpea flour / besan - 1 cup
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Roasted cumin powder - 1/2 tsp
Chopped green chilly - 2
Chopped onion - 1
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
Oil kneading the dough - 2 tbsp
Oil for shallow frying - 2 tbsp
Salt - to taste
METHOD
In a bowl mix together all the ingredients with the help of little amount of water at a time and knead into a soft dough.
Keep aside for 15 mins.
Take some dough make into a big ball and roll out into a roti size.
Place the roti over the hot pan.
As soon as look like brown.
Flip over and cook on the other side till brown.
Take off the pan and serve hot.
