Peanuts                                                    -                                            2 cup
Sugar                                                       -                                            1 cup
Water                                                       -                                           1/2 cup
Oil                                                            -                                           1 tsp

Roast dry peanuts in a pan for 7 - 8 mins in a low flame.
Remove the skin of the peanuts.
Once cooled,add the peanuts in a blender and blend coarsely.
Heat sugar and water in a pan.
Stir continuously on a low flame until sugar gets thick consistency.
Now add roasted peanuts and constantly stir till the peanuts mixed with sugar syrup.
Switch off the gas.
Spread the oil on a plate and pour the mixture.
When cool cut into diamond shapes.
