INGREDIENTS
Boiled potatoes - 250 gms
Cumin seeds /jeera - 1/2 tsp
Chopped onion - 1
Ginger garlic paste - 1 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilly powder - 1 tsp
Coriander powder - 1 tsp
Garam masala powder - 1/2 tsp
Salt - to taste
Oil - 2 tbsp
Chopped coriander leaves - 1 tsp
METHOD
Heat oil in a pan.
Add cumin seeds / jeera to crackle.
Add onion and saute till light brown.
Add ginger garlic paste,red chilly powder,coriander powder,turmeric powder and 2 tbsp water and mix well.
Stir fry for 4 - 5 mins till oil starts separating.
Add boiled and chopped potatoes,salt and mix well.
Add garam masala powder and mix well.
Garnish with coriander leaves.
