INGREDIENTS
Wheat flour - 250 gms
Sugar - 50 gms
Clarified butter - 4 tbsp
Green cardamom - 1/4 tsp
Water - as required
METHOD
Take a pan add sugar and one cup of water,cardamom powder and boil it.
Cook until sugar melt and sugar consistency neither too thick nor thin.
Once cooled,take a bowl add wheat flour,clarified butter ,two tbsp clarified butter and sugar syrup with the help of little water make a stiff dough.
Keep aside for fifteen mins.
Divide the dough into ball,now roll out the ball
Now on a heated pan place the sweet koki and turn it on other side and roast it little
Then roll it again and cook in a low flame grease clarified butter both the sides.
Serve hot with aloo bhaji or pickles.
