INGREDIENTS
Fresh grated coconut - 1 cup
Jaggery - 3/4 cup
Clarified butter - 1 tbsp
Water - 2 tbsp
Cardamom powder - 1/4 tsp
METHOD
Heat Jaggery and two tbsp water in a pan on high flame.
Cook for 7 - 8 mins until jaggery syrup is thick
Add fresh grated coconut and mix well
Cook for 8 - 10 mins till thick consistency
Add cardamom powder and mix well.
Once cooled make a shape of ladoo.
