INGREDIENTS
Grated onion - 1 cup
Grated carrot - 1 cup
Coriander leaves - 1/2 cup
Clarified butter - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Lemon juice - 1 tbsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
METHOD
Heat clarified butter in a pan.
Add grated onion and grated carrot and saute for 4 - 5 mins
Now add coriander leaves and 3 cup of water and cook for 20 mins
Now carrot are soft turn off the flame.
Add salt and black pepper.
Serve hot.
