INGREDIENTS
Amla - 250 gms
Jaggery/gur - 250 gms
Sugar powder - 1 cup
Roasted cumin seeds powder - 1 tsp
Black salt - 1 tsp
Asafoetida/hing - 1/4 tsp
Carom seeds powder - 1/2 tsp
METHOD
Wash and boil amla in a pressure cooker with half cup of water
After one whistle turn off the flame
Once cooled,remove the seeds and blend in the blender.
Take a pan add grated amla and stir continuously till thick
Now add grated jaggery/gur and mix well.
Stir continuously till thick.
Add black salt,roasted cumin seeds powder,asafoetida and carom seeds powder and mix well and turn off the flame.
Once cooled,make a small size goli and coat with sugar powder.
