INGREDIENTS
Whole moong dal - 1 cup
Wheat flour - 2 cup
Red chilly powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/4 tsp
Clarified butter -3 tbsp
Carom seeds - 1/4 tsp
Onion seeds - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
METHOD
Coarsely grind the whole moong dal and soak for 4 - 5 hours and strain it.
Take a bowl add wheat flour,red chilly powder,turmeric powder,one tbsp clarified butter,carom seeds ,onion seeds and salt.
With the help of little water make a dough,divide the dough into a ball and roll out.
Now on a heated pan place the korma roti grease clarified butter both the sides and cook in a low flame,
Serve hot with pickles.
