INGREDIENTS
Basmati rice - 1 cup
Boneless chicken pieces - 1 cup
Chopped onion - 1
Cabbage juliennes - 1/4 cup
Capsicum juliennes - 1/4 cup
Carrot juliennes - 1/4 cup
Soy sauce - 1 tbsp
Chilly sauce - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 1 tsp
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
Salt - to taste
Green chilly - 1
Oil - 3 tbsp
METHOD
Take a rice cooker add basmati rice,two cup of water,salt and one tbsp oil and steam it.
Keep aside for 30 mins.
Heat oil in a pan add onion and saute for 2 - 3 mins.
Now add boneless chicken pieces,cabbage,carrot and capsicum and stir continuously.
Add boiled rice soy sauce,chilly sauce,vinegar and mix well
Add salt,green chilly and black pepper powder and cook for few mins.
Serve hot.
