INGREDIENTS
Spinach - 250 gms
Besan - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Chopped green chillies - 2-3
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Ajwain - a pinch
Mangrail a pinch
Oil - 1/2 cup
Salt - to taste
METHOD
Wash the spinach and cut into pieces.
In a bowl mix besan, rice flour, green chillies, red chilli powder, turmeric powder, ajwain, mangrail and salt and make a smooth batter with the help of water.
Heat the oil in a kadai fry the pakora golden brown.Drain in a paper napkin.
Serve with sauce.
