INGREDIENTS
Paneer diced in 1 inch cubes - 200 gms
Besan - 1 cup
Rice flour - 1/2 cup
Red chilli powder - 1/2 tsp
Turmeric powder - 1/2 tsp
Oil for frying - 1/2 cup
Ajwain - a pinch
Manrail - a pinch
Salt - to taste
METHOD
Cut paneer into cubes.
Mix besan, rice flour, red chilli powder, turmeric powder,ajwain, mangrail and salt in a bowl.and make a smooth batter with the help of little water.
Heat the oil in a kadai. Dip the paneer cubes into the batter. Coat them well.
Fry the pakora golden and cripsy. Drain extra oil in paper napkin.
Serve hot with sauce.
