INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Milk - 1 cup
Mango puree - 1/2 cup
Mango chunks - 1/2 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Sugar - 2 tbsp
Cinnamon powder - 1/2 tsp
Clarified butter - 2 tbsp
METHOD
Take a bowl add all purpose flour and mango puree and mix well.
Now add sugar ,milk and baking powder and whisk well.
The batter will be thick.
Heat clarified butter in a pan.
Add one spoon batter and don`t spread it
Drizzle one tsp clarified butter and cover it.
Flip it and cook on the other side.
Serve with mango chunks and maple syrup
