INGREDIENTS
Lotus seeds/makhana - 2 cup
Clarified butter - 3 tbsp
Sugar - 4 tbsp
METHOD
Heat 2 tbsp clarified butter in a pan.
Add makhana/lotus seeds and roast until brown and crispy in a medium flame and remove it.
Heat one tbsp clarified butter and sugar in a same pan.
When sugar melts add the roasted makhana and stir continuously and sugar will stick onto the makhana.
Once cooled served.
