INGREDIENTS
All purpose flour - 1 cup
Sugar powder - 1 cup
Baking powder - 1 tsp
Baking soda - 1/2 tsp
Salt - 1/4 tsp
Thick curd - 1/2 cup
Oil - 1/4 cup
Milk - 1/4 cup
Vanilla essence - 1 tsp
Strawberry puree - 1/2 cup
Strawberry chunks - 1 cup
METHOD
Preheat oven for 180.c
Sieve the all purpose flour,baking powder,baking soda and salt for two to three times
Take a bowl whisk the sugar powder,curd,milk,oil and strawberry puree.
Add the dry ingredients with the wet ingredients without any lump and mix well
Grease the baking pan and pour the cake batter in the baking dish and add the strawberries chunks at the top of the cake and bake for 35 mins.
