INGREDIENTS
Clear vegetable stock - 1 cup
Peas - 3/4 cup
Finely chopped cabbage - 5 tbsp
Finely chopped carrot - 5 tbsp
Finely chopped cauliflower - 5 tbsp
Finely chopped green chilly - 2
Olive oil - 1/2 tsp
Soy sauce - 1 tsp
Vinegar - 2 tbsp
Corn flour - 1 tbsp
Salt - to taste
Black pepper powder - 1/4 tsp
METHOD
Mix soy sauce and corn flour into half cup of water.
Heat olive oil in a pan ,add all veggies and fry in high flame for 2 - 3 mins.
Add veg stock,corn flour solutions,salt and black pepper powder.
Saute for 2 - 3 mins
Add vinegar,green chilly and soy sauce
Serve hot.
